Dogukan Berk Aksoy established Aksoy Legal in 2018 in Ankara. Before founding Aksoy Legal, he had assisted numerous multinational clients during his employment at the Istanbul office of a global law firm between 2014 and 2018, where he gained valuable experience on a wide range of corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters.

 

At Aksoy Legal, Dogukan advises national and international clients in various sectors on corporate matters such as market access and exit strategies, the establishment of operations and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate governance. He also negotiates all types of commercial contracts on behalf of clients and advises them on their day-to-day operations.​

As a registered trademark and patent attorney, Dogukan represents his clients before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and advises in all intellectual property related relationships. Our intellectual property practice is carried out under the title of Aksoy IP.

Dogukan regularly represents his clients in disputes related to corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters before the Turkish courts.
